"I have an anxious baby, which I mentioned before the visit. I really appreciated the attentiveness to this. The tech came outside to greet us, and spent time near the ground just letting Layla warm up to her. She continued to raise her and just let her warm up inside. Overall this was one of our easiest veterinary experiences."
"I have been here three times due to a unfortunate accident with my puppy Pebbles. Every time I dropped Pebbles off and picked her up, the staff made it very easy. They also communicated with a different veterinary to cases previous X-rays of the injury. Before, during, and after the surgery, communication was excellent. I got calls before and after the surgery and two more during the recovery process. All prescription instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. If you have any questions, they will always answer your call or get back to you. Hailey personally took care of me and made everything easy. Across the board, everything is excellent. Although I never want to be back, I will most definitely use Heart of Texas Veterinary Specialty Center if I need a Veterinary."
"My cat was experiencing his second urinary blockage in a month. The crew here took great care of him and were very thorough with post care information. I wish I had known what I know now and he may not have had a second blockage! I called 4 hospitals that had to turn me away during my emergency, so I am extremely grateful for the folks that are able to do this job. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH."
